Grammar

Okay, I have some grammar snippets for you.  They are very easy, so here they are.

Korean people sometimes say words twice.  For example, "bah-li" means means hurry, or quick, but usually, people say it two times.  "Bah-li!  Bah-li!"

Koreans also have at least six ways of saying hello, because it depends on age, gender, and if you know the person well or not.  For example, if you're talking to a chil, you say, "Ahn-nyong."  If you're talking to an adult, then you say, "Ahn-nyong ha-say-yo."

When you ask, "What do you like to study at school", the translation would be, "School at, what study like do?"  In English, you put the subject first, verb next, then, object.  It is S-V-O (subject- verb-object).  In Korean, it's S-O-V (subject-object-verb).

Did you know that l and r are the same in Korean?  Q and g, and f and p sound the same too.  For example, "I rove you, Pather," would be the same as, "I love you, Father."
